ความกลัวเป็นสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นตามธรรมชาติในมนุษย์เป็นสัญชาตญาณที่ทำให้มนุษย์ดำรงชีวิตอยู่ได้ เมื่อเกิดความกลัวมนุษย์จะหลีกเลี่ยงสิ่งนั้น ซึ่งปัจจุบันนี้มีโรคกลัวมากมาย หากคนคนหนึ่งมีอาการกลัวที่หลากหลาย ผู้ประพันธ์จึงต้องการพรรณนาความรู้สึกนี้ออกมาตามจินตนาการของผู้ประพันธ์
Fear is common in the nature of human as it is an instinct that makes humans alive. When humans have a fear, they will avoid having contact with what they are afraid of. There are many kinds of phobias in a present day and each individual might have more than one kind of phobia. The composer aims to describe his feeling and imagination through this work.
ผู้ประพันธ์เลือกใช้เสียง Multiphonic กลุ่มของเครื่องลมไม้ เพื่อแสดงถึงความรู้สึกกลัวที่หลากหลายจึงใช้เสียง Multiphonic ที่มากมาย ฮอร์นสร้างเสียงสะท้อนที่ได้รับจากกลุ่มเครื่องลมไม้และเปียโนบรรเลงบันไดเสียงสังเคราะห์และคอร์ดที่ได้มาจากเสียงของ Multiphonic เพื่อสร้างความรู้สึกกังวลตื่นกลัว และตื่นเต้นให้แก่ผู้ฟัง
The composer chose to use the multiphonic of woodwind instruments to create ghastly atmosphere. A horn is also used as an echo responding to woodwind instruments’ sound, while the synthetic scale and cords are constructed based on the multiphonic notes. All of these aim to provide listeners with the anxious and disturbing atmosphere.
