Mandala สัญลักษณ์ทางธรรม สื่อถึงการเวียนอย่างมีสัดส่วนเป็นเรขาคณิตรอบศูนย์กลางในเอกภพ จึงเป็นแรงบันดาลใจในการสร้างดนตรีที่สื่อถึงการเกิดขึ้นและหมดไปของสรรพสิ่ง ทุกสิ่งเป็นของไม่เที่ยง แต่เกิดขึ้นได้เพราะมีศูนย์กลางเดียวกันคือสมาธิ

Inspiration

This work is inspired by the spiritual symbol Mandala, representing the universe in a repetitive geometrical pattern. It demonstrates different space and time that exists together having a centre point known as ‘Smadhi’.

แนวความคิด

บทประพันธ์นี้มีแนวคิดภายใต้สมการที่สร้างขึ้นเอง ในชีวิตดารากาล (Space Time) อยู่ใน รูปแบบเรขาคณิตดังนี้ โดยนำจำนวนห้องและจังหวะในแต่ละห้อง( ) ส่วนของจังหวะ ( )มาคูณ แล้วหารด้วยค่าคงที่ เพื่อใช้ในการคำนวณความเร็ว (Tempo) และระยะทาง (Duration) ที่ไม่เท่ากันให้ เกิดขึ้นพร้อมๆ กันได้

Concept

This music composition is produced to depict the complex repetitive pattern of Mandala. The equation called ‘Space Time’ is specifically created for this piece in order to control the space (Length of a Phase) and time (Duration). The number of measures is multiplied by the beats ( ) in each measure and the value( ) then divided by the constant.
