ข้าพเจ้าเติบโตมากับการเลี้ยงสัตว์ จึงเล็งเห็นความแตกต่างนั้น ซึ่งเหมือนกับสังคมในปัจจุบันที่มีการเรียกร้องการยอมรับความแตกต่างหลากหลายของผู้คน จึงนำเสนอครอบครัวหมู ตัวตนของแม่หมูป่าที่เติบโตในพื้นที่กว้าง ตื่นตระหนก ว่องไว กินได้หลากหลาย มีลักษณะที่ดุร้ายเนื่องจากขนแข็งที่น่ากลัว มีเขี้ยว สามารถสืบพันธุ์ข้ามสายพันธุ์ได้ ถูกเลี้ยงกับลูกหมูบ้านที่กินอาหารตามที่เจ้าของให้ ไม่มีเขี้ยว และมีขนนิ่ม ลำตัวอ้วนสั้น ทำให้วิ่งไม่ดีเท่ากับหมูป่า การเติบโตต่างที่ต่างสภาพแวดล้อม บริบทบังคับให้อยู่ร่วมกัน ย่อมทำให้เกิดการยอมรับข้อแตกต่าง
As a person growing up in a household engaged in animal husbandry, I have noticed some animal differences that may be associated with the differences we can see in today’s society, leading to a wake-up call for embracing diversity. I present this notion through the illustration of a family of pigs. The sow that grew up on a large plantation appeared agile, vigilant and fierce, and ate a vast variety of food. Along with her ability to cross breed, she had harsh, bristly hair, and fangs that added up the sense of terror. The plump, fluffy-haired, fangless piglet, in contrast, couldn’t run as fast as the sow and ate only its owner-fed food. The different environments where they grew up shaped them into different beings, but only by accepting the differences, they could live in harmony.
