ผลงานชิ้นนี้ใช้ไม้เผาร่วมกับโลหะที่หล่อขึ้นเป็นรูปปลวก เพื่อนำเสนอพฤติกรรมของปลวกที่กัดกินโครงสร้างจากภายใน อันเป็นการเปรียบเปรยถึงโครงสร้างทางสังคมที่ถูกบ่อนทำลายอย่างช้า ๆ โดยสมาชิกของระบบนั้นเอง แม้โครงสร้างจะดูแข็งแรงจากภายนอก หากแท้จริงแล้วกลับเปราะบางเพราะความละเลย เห็นแก่ตัว และการไม่ใส่ใจต่อหน้าที่ของตน ชิ้นงานนี้คือสิ่งที่ข้าพเจ้าต้องการจะบอกกับสังคมในปัจจุบัน จากหัวใจ
This sculpture combines charred wood with termite-like metal forms to represent the behavior of termites eating away at a structure from within. It serves as a metaphor for social systems that are slowly undermined by their own members. Though such structures may appear strong on the outside, they are fragile at their core due to negligence, selfishness, and the failure to recognize individual responsibility. This work is what I truly wish to express to society — from my heart.
